Payment

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking payable in cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express cards in order to secure the event date and time. Balance is due in full 3 days prior to the event in cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express cards only. Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation

Please be advised should the birthday girl have a medical emergency, a doctor’s note will be required in order to reschedule her celebration to a Friday Evening at no additional fee. Should you deem it necessary to reschedule her celebration to a future Saturday or Sunday date, an ADDITIONAL $100.00 non-refundable deposit will be required. The initial deposit for the original event date is non-refundable.

RSVP List

In order to better serve you, we require a an estimated RSVP count of the children attending the event at the time of contract execution as well as a FINAL RSVP count of the children attending the event 3 days prior to the event. Should the RSVP count total 15 to 19 girls, including the birthday girl, an additional 30 minutes must be added to the event time at a cost of $75.00. Should the RSVP count total 20 to 25 girls, including the birthday girl, an additional 60 minutes must be added to the event time at an additional cost of 125.00. This applies regardless of the party package selected.

Set Up Time

Set up for the party is allowed 15 minutes prior to the party start time. Additional time to set up is based on availability and requires an additional fee. Additional set up time request must be disclosed at the time of contract execution.

Gratuity

All package and service pricing are exclusive of gratuity.

Hygiene

A lice check will be done on each client entering the salon for services. Please be advised that should the birthday girl arrive at the salon with lice, the celebration must be cancelled. Her celebration will be rescheduled to a future Friday evening at no additional fee. Should you deem it necessary to reschedule her celebration to a future Saturday or Sunday date, AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 non-refundable deposit will be required.

Policies and Procedures Form

Our “Policies and Procedures Acknowledgement Form” MUST be signed in order for your event to be held.

Liability

Please be advised that Prissy Missy Spa assumes no responsibility or liability to accidents including but not limited to slips or falls or damages caused during your party to your guests. Prissy Missy Spa will work to ensure that your guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie strictly with the client.

Supervision

We are not responsible for unruly or uncooperative children. We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for you and your child.
